We provide tailored and personal service to individuals and families across a range of services, from power of attorney, wills, executor appointment, estate planning, trusts and probate.

We are able to service both locally based and overseas clients with properties in multiple jurisdictions, either by resealing the grant or obtaining a fresh grant in Australia.

FELICIA ONG

Principal

Felicia is qualified to practise law in Malaysia and Australia. She was admitted to the High Court of Malaya in 2003 and the Supreme Court of Victoria, High Court of Australia in 2021.

Felicia has extensive experience advising on all aspects of real estate, commercial and contractual matters for clients throughout Australia and Malaysia. She has previously worked as a commercial in-house lawyer for the Victorian state government and has both government and private sector experience.

SHARMIN SHUKOR

Partner

Sharmin is an Australian-registered foreign lawyer. She holds a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) degree from Brunel University, UK and the Certificate of Legal Practice from the Legal Qualifying Board of Malaysia. She was admitted to the High Court of Malaya in 2004. Currently, she is a partner in Sharmin Ong & Partners, Kuala Lumpur.

Sharmin advises on general matters relating to corporate and commercial law and was named by the Islamic Finance News Awards 2012 as one of the leading lawyers in the corporate and commercial area of legal practice. Sharmin has extensive corporate governance experience. She was appointed to the Board of Chin Well Holdings Berhad on 1 October 2014 as the Independent Non-Executive Director. She is also the Chairman of the Remuneration Committee and a member of the Nominating Committee and Audit Committee.
